Customer Returns
Its our goal for everyone to be satisfied with their purchase from IO Technologies, LLC. If you are dissatisfied, you may return the item any time within 30 days from the order date. For your convenience, we have provided you with a Return Authorization (RA) section.
Get RA Number
A return due to damage, defect, or error in shipping must be qualified by email or phone within two weeks from receipt. For returns that fall into this category, IO Technologies, LLC will immediately ship an exact item replacement for all orders received by credit card. Once the replacement item has been received, the original merchandise must be returned within two weeks to prevent your credit card from being charged for the replacement. All orders made by personal checks must be returned to IO Technologies, LLC prior to shipping replacement merchandise.
Customer Refunds
We will process refunds after receipt of returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging with all pieces, accessories, instructions and manuals. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Refunds from personal check purchases will have a refund check mailed to the billing address used originally during purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.
